Have you ever had the feeling that you could cry, laugh or shout – all at the same time? Feelings can be strong, overpowering, confusing. They are your reaction to what you experience or think. Some people have more difficulty talking about their feelings than others.

Sometimes you might not want people to know what you’re feeling because you can’t explain your feelings yourself or because they are embarrassing.

Feelings are your reaction to what you experience or think.

Some feelings are nice, funny, exciting, and some are scary and unsettling. You have probably learned how to deal with most of your feelings.

Perhaps there are times when you can’t control your feelings, but one thing clear: it’s up to you to decide how you express them and what you do on account of them!
